The seller or logistics partner provided the wrong tracking number
The tracking number hasn’t been updated on the courier’s website
A system error occurred on the courier’s tracking site

You can then track it on the courier’s website using the new tracking number shown in your shipping updates. • Track your delivery by checking the in-app tracker and updates will reflect within 24-48 hours.
